What everyone asks
Have your articles and newsletters been compliance approved?
While our articles are written to stay in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, it is your final responsibility to make sure your newsletter and/or article selections are approved for use with your broker dealer, insurance companies, and other authorities.

How frequently is the webfeed updated?
Our webfeeds are updated once per week. You will receive 4 new articles each week for each topic you select.

Can we use the webfeed articles for other purposes?
No. Unauthorized reprinting or any other form of reproduction will result in a copyright violation. Please review our webfeed Terms and Conditions.

How many articles for each topic are included with the webfeed?
Each topic includes 4 articles. If you select all four topics, your website will include a total of 16 articles.

On which page of my website should I display the webfeed?
You can display the webfeed anywhere on your website. As the webfeed content changes frequently, you can benefit the most by displaying the webfeed on the most popular page of your website. For most websites, the main or home page is the most accessed page of the website. Be creative!

I want the webfeed to appear on several pages on my website. Do I need to signup multiple times -- once for each page?
You only need to sign up once for each domain (web address) on which the webfeed will appear. If you plan on using your webfeed for a different site you will need to signup again.

I copied the code sent to me by email and pasted it on my page. Why is it not working?
Please check the pasted code again. Your email program in which you received the emailed code or web editor that you use for making web pages may have changed the pasted code without your knowledge. Open the web page in a text editor such as Notepad (on Microsoft Windows), SimpleText (MacOS) and check that the pasted code is exactly as sent to you by email. If you are using a visual web editor such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, Microsoft FrontPage, or Netscape Composer, you need to paste the HTML code we sent you in the HTML Code View of your web editor. (It may also be called Source Code View or HTML Source View. Please refer to your web editing software documentation.) Switch to the HTML source code editing mode of your web editor before pasting in the code we sent you. As an alternative, you can also use simple text editors such as Notepad (on Microsoft Windows), SimpleText (MacOS) to paste in the code.

Are installation services available?
Yes, we will install your webfeed for $75 (for installation on one page). Additional pages are $25 each.

How many articles are available in your library?
We are always adding new content, so this number is constantly changing. As of this writing (1/24/2008), our library contained 1400+ articles on a wide range of insurance topics.
